How do I find out what my Owner ID is?
After installing any of our games on your device, click the 'Buy Now' button on the game's startup screen. Both your device type and Owner ID are clearly displayed on this screen.

How do I find out if the Owner ID of my device matches the Owner ID associated with my code?
If you already have an unlock code, you can select to Unlock the game from this 'Order' screen or from the in-game Help menu. Simply enter your unlock code in the space provided. If the name in our system does not match the name of your device, an error message will appear which will tell you the Owner ID of your device.
