Owner ID Help

We use your Owner ID to create a unique unlock key for your device. Therefore, it is very important that the Owner ID we have in our system matches the Owner ID of your device exactly. Otherwise, your unlock code will not work.

If the Owner ID on your device does not match what was sent in your registration e-mail, you do not need to change your Owner ID. Just visit our Automated Code Lookup Page and enter your corrected ID in the area provided. Be sure to check the box to update your Owner ID! Then fill out the other fields as accurately as possible, and a new code will be automatically e-mailed to you.

How do I find out what my Owner ID is?

After installing any of our games on your device, click the 'Order' button on the game's startup screen. Both your device type and Owner ID are clearly displayed on this screen.

If you already have an unlock code, you can select to Unlock the game from this 'Order' screen or from the in-game Help menu. Simply enter your unlock code in the space provided. If the ID in our system does not match the ID of your device, an error message will appear which will tell you the Owner ID of your device.

If you do not have any of our games installed, please read the section below for further information.

How do I change my Owner ID?

On PalmOS devices, the Owner ID is the same as your HotSync ID and is entered when you install the Palm Desktop software and perform your first HotSync to your PalmOS device. Consult your device instructions if you need to change your HotSync ID as it varies by the version and device type.

On PocketPC (Windows Mobile) devices, the Owner ID is set in the Owner Information screen, which is available from the main Settings panel and can be changed at any time. (NOTE: The Owner ID is usually not the same as your Device ID on PocketPC.)
