TURNAROUND TIME: We email keys within 1 business days ( usually within a few hours) upon receipt of your order. For orders mailed in, allow 10 days for the slow Postal Service. For CDs to be shipped, allow two weeks or so for delivery. For order status, please email .

If you provide us with a bad, unreadable, blocked, or partial email address we must mail your key with postal mail which takes over a week. Eliminate any delay by carefully printing or typing your full email address and making sure that your mailbox is not full or rejecting incoming email from us. Also, please provide an alternate contact method to allow us to correct any issues before mailing them too you.
