How to Upgrade our Games

To upgrade to the latest version you can either use the patch, or you can download and install the latest full version.

To upgrade using the patch, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. To use the patch you must have the full version of the game already installed. If you are upgrading Championship Hearts or Spades Pro the installed version must be 3.0 or higher. If you are upgrading Championship Euchre the installed version must be 1.0 or higher.*
  2. Download the patch below. Exit the game (you cannot apply the patch while the game is running).
  3. Install the patch by double-clicking on the EXE.
  4. Click on 'Next' until finished. Rerun the game and it should thank you for upgrading and show the new version in the titlebar. If you get an error, try restarting the computer and running the patch again. If you continue to have problems with the patch, follow the full version upgrade instructions below.
* If you don't have the full version already installed, or you don't have the correct version already installed, please see the following instructions on how to upgrade by installing the latest full version.

To upgrade by installing the latest full version, you will need to follow these 5 steps:

  1. Download the latest version below.
  2. Uninstall the previous version on your computer from the game's Start menu group.*
  3. If the automatic uninstall fails, you can simply delete the top-level game directory.
  4. Install the recent downloaded version by double-clicking on the EXE.
  5. Have your product key handy in case you need to re-enter it from the game's Register menu.
* Even after uninstalling, your statistics WILL cross over from the previous version to the upgraded one.

How to Transfer our Games to a different computer

Follow the same steps above as for an upgrade, except that your statistcs will not be transferred and you will definitely need to re-enter your registration unlock key to fully unlock it on your new computer. If you lost it, you can request a code lookup.
